5.01 - Sympathy for the Devil

Sam, Dean, and Bobby must deal with the aftermath of the Devil's escape from Hell, and receive startling news from the Prophet Chuck.

5.02 - Good God, Ya'll!

An old friend of Bobby's calls, panicked about demons attacking his town. Sam and Dean arrive and everything appears exactly as they had expected. As time progresses they realize there is more than they bargained for.

5.03 - Free to Be You and Me

Sam decides to stop hunting but has a hard time after he receives a surprise visit. Dean and Castiel try to find the Archangel Raphael in their bid to stop the Apocalypse.

5.04 - The End

Dean refuses Sam's efforts to help him battle the Devil, and then wakes up to find himself five years in the future, in a wasteland where Lucifer has begun his endgame by unleashing a virus that transforms humans into zombies.

5.05 - Fallen Idols

Sam and Dean head to a small town where people are murdered by famous dead icons. However the brothers come to a dead end when two teenagers reveal they saw Paris Hilton kidnap their friend.

5.06 - I Believe the Children are Our Future

Sam and Dean investigate reports of fairy tales come to life and find the young boy who is responsible, and has a power to create real creatures from fantasy. However, the brothers disagree when Castiel tells them to kill the boy because of the power he possesses.

5.07 - The Curious Case of Dean Winchester

Bobby risks his life by betting 25 years of his life on a poker game run by a witch. Dean tries to save Bobby but ends up drastically aging.

5.08 - Changing Channels 

Sam and Dean catch up with the Trickster, who sends them through a dizzying montage of TV show parodies, inviting them to play along with their "roles" or be stuck in "TV Land" forever. But once Castiel shows up, the boys get an idea as to what the Trickster might be hiding and eventually come up with a surprising answer.

5.09 - The Real Ghostbusters

Sam and Dean are tricked into attending a Supernatural convention by their super-fan Becky. Sam and Dean are in for a shock when many of the fans are dressed up like them.

5.10 - Abandon All Hope...

Dean and Sam get to know the whereabouts of Lucifer and want to hunt him down. But Lucifer is well prepared and is working his own plans.

5.11 - Sam, Interrupted

The brothers must go undercover as patients at a mental hospital to get at a monster, but soon discover they have some mental issues of their own to deal with.

5.12 - Swap Meat

While the brothers are on a case, Sam is targeted by a high school student who has learned a body-switching spell. Dean discovers his brother is now more interested in getting drunk and hitting on women, while Sam has to deal with the teenager's home and school life.

To prevent the Apocalypse before it ever starts, Anna travels through time to kill Sam's parents before they conceive him.

The brothers take on Cupid when the people of a small town start killing each other in the name of love. However, they soon discover that a greater power is responsible.

Sam and Dean investigate Bobby's home town where the dead are rising from the grave but instead of attacking humans, they are happily reuniting with their families.

Once Upon A TimeWhen Sam and Dean are killed by hunters, they end up in Heaven. They discover they must find Joshua, an angel who speaks directly with God, before Zachariah can find them.

A minister's daughter turns a town full of citizens ready to fight the Apocalypse against each other.

5.18 - Point of No Return

Dean considers giving up and giving in, but Zachariah comes up with a new strategy against Lucifer that means they no longer need Dean as Micheal's vessel. However, the consequences will cause even greater destruction, and the Winchesters and Castiel must stop Zachariah before it's too late.

5.19 - Hammer of the Gods

A group of gods abduct the Winchesters and try to use them to bargain with the angels to stop the Apocalypse. However, when Gabriel arrives to warn them, one of the gods betrays the others to Lucifer.

5.20 - The Devil You Know

Dean and Sam are heading east in their Impala tracking down a swine flu outbreak. Out of the blue, the cunning demon Crowley appears in their car and offers to help them to find the last two Horsemen to get their rings. Crowley explains to the reluctant brothers that he wants Lucifer trapped and he knows a demon that can tell the location of Pestilence.

5.21 - Two Minutes to Midnight

Bobby sells his soul to Crowley in return for the location of Death. Meanwhile, Castiel must intervene when Pestilence infects the Winchesters with a deadly disease, and Dean makes a deal with Death.

5.22 - Swan Song
To stop the Apocalypse, Dean and Sam have no choice but to make decisions that will change their lives forever... and cost them everything they hold dear.
